About this piece
This handmade ceramic takeout-style bowl is crafted in stoneware and finished with hand-painted red details, including a pagoda design. Inspired by the familiar folded paper containers, it brings a playful nod to classic food packaging while being reimagined in durable ceramic.
Perfect for serving noodles, rice, or snacks, it can also be enjoyed as a decorative pottery piece in the kitchen or dining room. Each bowl is individually shaped, glazed, and painted by hand, making every piece one of a kind.

I shape and build each piece by hand in my home studio. Because of this there may be slight variations in shape, details, and color from the photo.
These differences are a natural part of the handmade process and add to the uniqueness of your piece.Please allow for these natural differences when purchasing, as they’re part of what makes each piece one of a kind.

Made from durable stoneware clay and finished with lead-free, non-toxic glazes.
Each piece is fired twice at over 2200°F and takes a couple weeks to complete—slow, careful work for something that lasts.

Made-to-order pieces are created after your order is placed. Where an option is marked made to order, please allow its stated processing time before dispatch. After ordering, I can keep you updated on your piece's progress; you are also welcome to contact me with questions about your order.
Ready-to-ship pieces are already finished. Their processing time allows me to carefully pack and prepare your order for dispatch; it is separate from shipping transit time.
