Track your order

Open the “View your order” link in your order confirmation email to see your order status. Once your piece has shipped, you can follow its tracking link in your shipping email.

Ask me about your order

Use the form below for delivery questions, updates on a made-to-order piece, or help with a ceramic that has already arrived. Include your order number if you have it—you can still contact me if you can’t find it.

If your piece arrived damaged or something is wrong, describe what happened. You can share photos when we continue by email.
