This large ceramic colander is thoughtfully designed for function and ease. it is high-fired at 2200°F (1200°C) for strength and durability. This unique ceramic colander is perfect for draining fruits, vegetables, or pasta. It’s also ideal as a decorative ceramic fruit basket with handles.

I shape and build each piece by hand in my home studio. Because of this there may be slight variations in shape, details, and color from the photo.

Made from durable stoneware clay and finished with lead-free, non-toxic glazes.
Each piece is fired twice at over 2200°F and takes a couple weeks to complete—slow, careful work for something that lasts.
